Dr. Shatrughna Prasad Yadav is a distinguished academician, researcher, and former Indian Air Force professional with over four decades of experience spanning defence services, higher education, research, and academic leadership. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering, an MBA in Marketing Management, an M. Tech. in Digital Systems, and a Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering. He also qualified UGC-NET for Lectureship in Management.
Currently serving as Professor and Dean of Academics at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, Dr. Yadav has previously held key academic leadership positions at Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Indus University, Ahmedabad, and Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore.
A Senior Member of IEEE, Fellow of IEI, IETE, GSTE, BES, and a life member of ISTE, he is an active reviewer for reputed journals and conferences. His scholarly contributions include 61 research papers, 4 patents, 4 books, and 1 book chapter, along with numerous keynote addresses and expert lectures.
His research interests encompass Digital and Wireless Communication Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and Digital Signal Processing. Dr. Yadav has received multiple prestigious awards, including Best Research Paper Awards at the International Conference on Advanced Computing and Communication Technologies (2011) and the IEEE ICCUBEA Conference (2015), recognizing his outstanding contributions to research and innovation.

It is a privilege to serve as the Dean Academics at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. With a career that spans academics, research, and two decades of distinguished service in the Indian Air Force, my vision is to nurture an academic ecosystem grounded in excellence, innovation, integrity, and holistic student development.
