Depart of Civil engineering organized an Industrial tour Which helps students gain practical knowledge about Nagarjunasagar Dam, turbines, and their various practical applications. Strudents gets clarity about various Dam sections like spillway, canals, reservoirs, regulators , power house etc.

Expert lectures are being conducted in the fields of structural engineering, Finite Element Methods, Environmental science, construction management.

Planning to conduct short term courses, seminars and training program for Civil Engineers on entrepreneurship in technical infrastructure and manufacture of low-cost building components, transfer the latest technology and knowledge to practicing engineers, project management, total station surveying. Promote research in housing and use of local building materials and innovative construction techniques towards designing of rural and urban housing.
